At Dream Birthday Party, we want your party to be perfect! 🎉

• Damaged or Wrong Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know within 48 hours with a photo, and we’ll fix it—either by sending a replacement or giving a refund.

• Used or Opened Items: For hygiene reasons, items like balloons, papers, and foils cannot be returned once opened or used.

• Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made a mistake.

• Exchanges: We’ll happily exchange damaged or wrong items if available.

• Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours. Customized or personalized items cannot be canceled once production starts.
